4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we kindly request that you inform us within a reasonable timeframe outlined in your contract. A standard 20% rescheduling fee, or a 50% cancellation fee may be applied. We will try to work with you when unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances interfere with our scheduled sessions, including but not limited to global pandemics.
5. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate and valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our consultancy services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not accept any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the consultation or the use of our advice.
